Positive: Zenith's House was a fantastic place to stay in Osaka - close to the train station which offered good variety for exploring. There was a grocery store around the corner - very convenient! Having a washer/drier and a fridge with 2 toilets was great for my group of 7, and made our stay very comfortable. The house is barely a minute from a long strip of restaurants offering amazing food choices. Zenith's house was very clean and comfortable!
Negative: Stairs were very steep - a consideration for families with little children. They will need supervision.
Summary: Convenient and comfortable home away from home.
