This newly renovated 2 bedroom brick home was built in 1950 with all of the charm and comforts of home. It has a spacious layout, original hardwood floors, and is located 1/2 a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Relax in either of the bedrooms, in the living room, or under the gazebo out back. Summary: Excellent as always! This was the second time we’ve stayed. The house is comfortable and well cared for. We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop. Though there is a great coffee set up in the house as well. It’s well stocked with kitchen gear, towels, etc. The host is easy to communicate with. It’s a small thing but I also love the abundance of real plants in the house.
