Summary: Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable. The house had an array of amenities, a great pool, and a beautiful waterfront view. Additionally, its convenient location and tasteful decoration added to the overall appeal. Pros: the house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The amenities available were impressive, and the pool was a definite highlight. The waterfront location added an extra charm. The interior of the house was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the owners put thought into the design. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, and the communal areas were perfect for gathering with family. Cons: despite the spaciousness of the house, there was only one AC unit, which led to some areas feeling warm. It would have been ideal to have a second AC system to ensure cooling throughout the house. Also, it would have been beneficial to have an extra bathroom upstairs. This would have alleviated any potential issues during peak usage times, especially when the house has a large number of guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall experience at this rental was a memorable stay. It's worth mentioning that those issues did not significantly diminish our enjoyment of the property, but addressing them would enhance the comfort for future guests. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious and beautifully decorated vacation home in Tampa
