Welcome to your home away from home in sunny Tampa!
Luxury home in a very quiet residential neighborhood - recently renovated spacious home.
The main home has 4 bedrooms, along with a queen pull out sofa bed, 2.5 Baths, bonus game room, fantastic backyard with a sparkling in-ground pool - pool heater is available with an additional cost (please inquire if you are interested in having the heater turned on) - outdoor screen room with seating for 6, tiki bar, fire pit, newly turfed area in yard with 6 lounge chairs, and corn hole. Perfect for any indoor or outdoor activity to keep all guests entertained. The home has a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, dining area that seats 6, kitchen island with 4 bar height seats, high speed internet, smart TV's in each room, and a full sized washing machine & dryer.
Two separate driveways for parking - a car is highly recommended for your stay.
There is a in-law suite on site, currently not available. In the future, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with full kitchen will be available for an additional cost. Please contact me for more information.

Summary: Two families stayed in this home with kids ages 1-8. The home was large enough to accommodate the group comfortably. We utilized the pool several times, and the kids loved the game room. The house was clean when we arrived, and the check in process was smooth. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no issues. The location worked well for our trip. We visited St Pete Pier, Clearwater Beach, Legoland, and the water park at Busch Gardens. A couple nearby restaurants we ate at were Whiskey Joe’s, Ford’s Garage and Hot Rocks Pizza. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to explore the Tampa area!
