Two separated suites provide privacy and comfort with this home’s unique layout, the perfect solution for relaxation on your next vacation. The upstairs unit has vaulted ceilings, with exposed wood beams towering over the open concept living room and kitchen. A nice dining table separates the kitchen and living room, a great spot for morning coffee or an evening meal. Just off of the kitchen is a bedroom with two twin beds, and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom with shower tub combo and make up station. Off of the living room, the second bedroom houses a queen size bed with additional access to the bathroom. The ground level suite is a lovely space for additional privacy on your vacation. Accessed via the exterior door at the front of the home, the private entrance opens into the shared bedroom and seating area, with king size bed and stylish decor across from the cozy tv space. At the rear of the suite, a full bathroom with shower and laundry room can be found.
Outdoors, there is no shortage of options to choose from to enjoy the salt air. A set of benches and a table at one end of the deck provide space to sit and chat, while a picnic table at the other end of the deck offers seating for six if you’d like to dine al fresco. Perched at the East end of Mayo Beach, the location of the Wellfleeter can’t be beat!
