Located on a quiet street on a private wooded lot just a block off the beach!! Easy walk to the beach with neighborhood beach access! Beach is pet friendly (dogs must be kept on a leash). This comfortable cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, all major appliances, and is stocked with basic utensils/kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. There is an office nook with a desk. Spacious, wrap-around, outdoor deck for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a convenient, outside shower for use after the beach.
Enjoy the beach and coastal area with a more relaxed pace at this property on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. Yet, still so much close by! Fort Morgan State Historic Site approximately 7 miles away.
