Summary: Our family rented from Martha and Mike for two weeks in July of 2023. It was by far the best experience we have had renting on the Cape. The house is beautiful! The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had a few questions which were answered immediately by Martha and Mike. The location is great, with the Shining Sea bike path out the back door, a quick ride to Black and Chapaquoit beaches, and short walk to West Falmouth Market. We also took advantage of the kayaks and took in the incredible nature occurring in Snug Harbor. We will definitely rent again!!
