Positive: The view from the terrace is amazing, a gorgeous view of the sea and sunsets one way and an awe inspiring view of the mountains the other way. We spent many hours just looking at the view. There is a large well equiped kitchen with an amazing italian coffee machine (not capsules/pods). Loads of pots, dishes and glasses and a good range of utensils. Probably the best equiped we have had in Italy. Warning to tea drinkers, there is no kettle but there are pans to boil water in. Three good double rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large divided loft area with pretty low ceilings that has 2 double beds, ideal for kids but a bit low low for most adults. All the beds were very comfortable with good pillows. Outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable and the pool is good. We stayed mid May and the pool was only just warm enough to swim in. It is not heated. Area was quiet but it was early in the season. The house is a semi detached and roads and driveway are narrow so may be different when in the height of the season.
