Positive: Breakfast was beautiful prepared by Laila who delighted in making beautiful Albanian pastries and cakes the evening for breakfast the next day. Breakfast was served alfresco overlooking the sea with grape vines which actually had red and white grapes overhead creating the roof, btw the grapes are delicious too. There is a little gate to the rare of the property which offers direct access to the promenade of the beach which was all we needed. This is a family run business run by Alby and his parents and they made us feel very much at home I highly recommend staying here .

Negative: There is no lift and we were on the fourth floor so a bit of climbing to do . We booked a sea view room and although we could see the sea , it was only at an angle. I would recommend staying in the end room as you get more than 180 degree view of the sea which is breathtaking

Summary: Home away from home, fabulous and relaxing
