Summary: Amazing Unitas Hotel in Prague. A warm and friendly welcome from the staff on reception. Not just on arrival, but every time I went in and out. My room was fresh and clean, and a good size. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the fridge/minibar, and the kettle for tea & coffee. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and served by attentive and friendly staff. Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The icing on the cake was learning the fascinating history of the hotel. From an old nunnery, to a communist secret police HQ where activist Victor Havel was locked in a cell in the basement. I was given a special viewing of the cell which is still preserved in the basement. The best place to stay in Prague by a mile. Thank you Unitas.
