Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Clean room, comfortable bed, ample parking space, close proximity to town center.

Negative: Building is work-in-progress - which did not give a safe feeling: building entrance door not locked (neither during day nor at night), fire exit could not be properly closed, major reconstruction work ongoing - multiple workers in building, no access control. (Brand new) kitchen in multiple-use area itself was OK, but some cabinet doors were already broken and pans/cutlery missing - needs better control in a multi-tenant situation, right now we could not use it. No proper lighting (none at bedstands). Only 1 chair in a double room. Our room apparently was just released for rent - smell of fresh paint, delivery stickers on glass panel, some finishing still needed. We did not dare to use the shower in view of legionella risk (-> 'dead piping for hot water', which should be a no-go to release a facility). The facility has great potential, but in my view the rooms should not be released yet for rental.
