Summary: The hotel itself was clean and tidy but the attitude and language of some members of staff was very rude and unhelpful. We were told at check-in that breakfast was served from 7am- 10am but when we came down on our last morning for breakfast at 9.30 we were told that breakfast had finished at 9 am and they couldn’t offer us tost or juice because they were waiting for a delivery! We also had a meal the first night and I was served an undercooked half a chicken! I didn’t realise until I had eaten some and suffered a severe upset stomach and stomach pains during the following day. This was a very disappointing stay and would definitely NOT recommend this hotel! There is a Premier Inn 10 minutes away from The Valley Hotel-book that instead!
