Located 5 minutes away from downtown you’ll be close to everything but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. Our property is located just a few blocks from the Water Tower Pub, you would be able to walk to the bar & enjoy a few drinks! If you like donuts there is a cute, local donut shop right at the end of the street!
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
