Positive: Great location and well set up house - lots of details and thought into the set up. Thoughtful inclusions.

Negative: Septic smell for guests in second bedroom - not much sleep second night. Couldn't stop the smell coming into the house.

Summary: Overall thoughtfully set up and very comfortable house. Beautiful gardens and views.
