Summary: Overall the place was fine - the condo was well maintained and cleaned, spacious, lots of room to spread out and having laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. The pool and hot tub are great (the pool is as big as it looks in the pics, my son loved it). The location is very convenient to La Quinta avenida. Property manager was helpful in answering questions before our stay. Two drawbacks which aren’t really the fault of the owners- the beach is not really a beach and due to significant seaweed buildup, the whole area stinks, making it unpleasant to sit out on the balcony or enjoy the pool even at times. Heavy rains had flooded the parking areas as well as the small dirt road that you have to cross to access the beach and bar area so we never even made it over there, sadly. Overall, if you’re looking for something similar to an apartment without all the all-inclusive bells and whistles but convenient and with a great pool, this is a good choice.
