Summary: While the environment was beautiful, our issue was with the staff working outside. It took us almost an hour after we arrived to receive our luggage. Wouldn’t have been a big deal; however my daughter was getting married that evening and we were in a rush to get ready. We called down multiple times to the front desk and it still took almost an hour for the luggage to appear. Secondly, every time we needed to use our car from valet services, we waited almost a 1/2 hour. Yes, we called down repeatedly to ensure it was available, to no avail. We were told there was a lot of construction going on—Yet we could see our car in the parking lot!! There had to be at least 15 employees standing around! Very inefficiently run front entrance. The other areas at the Breaker, food services, room service, cleaning, pool waiters, and shop employees were all very attentive and professional. Front entrance staff needs to definitely get their act together!!
