Positive: Attention to detail was so fun! So colorful and fun! They were also very helpful and responsive when there was a slight problem. Customer service was on point.
Negative: This property is only has partially air. It does not have central air. There is NO AC in the bedroom or upstairs! Upstairs got SO hot the kids would play with the video games for about 30 mins at a time and then have to come down and stand in front of the ac wall unit in the living room. It was too hot for them to sleep up there. So we ended up with a kid in our room, that was also hot and 2 kids on the couch in the living room. This property was not upfront about it only being partial AC. Picture attached is the ONLY air in the house.
Summary: Awesome property, so fun! Beware that it only has PARTIAL air.
