Includes 1 queen size bedroom that opens out onto the deck viewing up and down the river, 1 king size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower and block glass wall that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking river, breakfast bar, Dining room table for 4, Direct TV , Indoor & outdoor towels and robes, Outdoor seating on all deck and pool area, outdoor dining tables along with use of the Infinity Pool and Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the Trinity River are shared with The Ranch house, Outdoor bar-be-que, relaxing lawns and gardens to enjoy.
