Positive: The best hotel experience our whole group ever had! The property itself is beautiful and incredibly well kept. The grounds are perfectly gardened, the rooms are impeccable, as is every part of the property. The staff is the outstanding! I had never stayed in a place where I felt this welcomed and pampered. My father who cannot move much was with us, and from the moment we arrived, Michaela arranged a walker, as well as a wheelchair and accommodated everything we needed. Breakfast, lunch, ensuring we even had a hairdresser brought in. If we could give rate of 100/10 we would!
