Positive: Very nice host. Nice, calm place. Good location. Nice terrace.
Negative: The apartment looks as if it still was under construction, is definitely not suitable for 4 people, as there is only one bedroom, whereas the other couple is supposed to sleep in the kitchen. The kitchen itself is very basic, with very few utensils. No table, no shelves, not even a chair (a table and 4 chairs are on the terrace). Three forks for 4 people. No bin anywhere in the apartment, on the second day we got some on the terrace and they weren't clearly marked, which made it difficult to recycle the trash. The bathroom lacks the most basic things like shelves or a towel hanger. The door looks like they were put there minutes before we arrived. The shower cabin was leaking due to crack in plastic. No WiFi at the apartment, only available in the office.
Summary: The place has the potential to be better.
