location to Sylvan Beach. Enjoy walks on the beach, delicious restaurants, picturesque hiking trails and beautiful sunsets.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our spacious 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom cottage located 1 mile from the heart of Sylvan Beach.

-The kitchen-
Allow for a full at home cooking experience with a kitchen stocked with the tools you’ll need to cook your meals.

-The Living room-
Relax, unwind and prepare for your next adventure in the Lazy Pines comfortable living room.

The tv is connected to ROKU so you can sign into your favorite streaming accounts.

Do not attempt to use the fireplace. The chimney is sealed and therefore the fireplace is only decorative.

-The bedrooms-
Sleep well for your next day of adventure.

The bedroom with the king bed has an ensuite bathroom.

The twin beds are extra long twins and suitable for adults.

All the bedrooms have accessible USB outlets to make charging of your electronics easy. The Queen and King rooms have USB outlets on the lamps. The twin bedroom has USB outlets on the headboards.

-Driveway-
Bringing your boat or other toys on vacation? The large driveway is spacious enough to park your boat trailer or other items used to get your vacation toys to the Cottage.

-Garage-
The left side of the garage contains yard games, beach towels and a beach wagon to make your stay even more enjoyable.

There is also space for you to store your vacation toys during your stay.

-The Yard-
The large yard has a fenced in area off the back of the house where you can BBQ with your family.

-The Area-
At the end of the block is public access to Oneida Lake, and is a great spot to watch the amazing sunsets without the crowds at Sunset Park.

The cottage is 1.1 miles from Sunset Park and Sylvan Beach’s delicious restaurants. Walking from the cottage is a breeze, with a sidewalk that starts across the street from the cottage, and continues all the way to the bridge between Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach.

Guests will have access to the full cottage, grounds and a part of the garage. The garage contains yard games for your enjoyment, and is available for you use to store your vacation gear.

We are located just outside the Village of Sylvan Beach. It is about a mile to Sunset Park from the cottage. Walking is possible thanks to the sidewalk located across the street from the cottage. There are also several beach access sites within a few blocks of the cottage.

Don’t leave your furry friend at home. Lazy Pines is pet friendly.
1. Maximum number of over night guest is 6.

2. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the Cottage or Garage. You can smoke outside on the grounds. Please discard any cigarette waste in the receptacle provided.

3. Pets are permitted, but must be registered at the time of reservation. There is a $100 pet fee that will be added to your reservation at the time of booking. If pets are brought in without registering them there will be a $250 fine. Only registered pets are allowed on the premise and grounds of the cottage.

4. Guests’ usage of the bicycles at the cottage is at their own risk.
