Positive: The location was convenient to everything.
Negative: Light fixtures very unclean, no gfci breakers on the outlets near any water faucets, main shower was a disaster. The grab bar had black electrical tape on it holding it in but if you grabbed it, the bar came completely out. The shower head was set at one height and you had to stand at the back of the shower for the water to hit you. Outlets all need to be relaxed and updated to code. It definitely needs updating and work done on it. It was not priced high but would not have paid what I did with all of what needs done to it. You cannot park in front of the garage at this specific unit either. You had to park on the street. Was not so happy with it. Vacasa should make this homeowner make updates.
