Positive: This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! There's so many things we liked the first time a few years ago, and it was so nice to see consistency had been maintained since that time, if not improved. We loved the parking spot directly in front of the unit, the keyless door entry, the cozy "Home Sense" type decor (which included some Christmas items at the time), the super comfy winter-themed bed, the thick plush towels, the quality amenities throughout, and the peace and quiet of the household and neighbourhood. We were in town during a cold snap and the room had a great heater that kept us warm and cozy at night, as well as a humidifier that helped with the dry air (we requested the latter and it was provided on arrival). Communication with the host was prompt and easy, even a week before we arrived in town. This was waaay better than staying at any hotel and I won't hesitate to do it again next time we visit Calgary.
Negative: This is very petty, but perhaps a better selection of teas would be nice. We are tea (not coffee) drinkers, and would have really enjoyed some simple tea (like orange pekoe) along with some sweetener (packets, sugar cubes?) to be available. The gourmet coffee selection was lovely, but just not for us.
