We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. On Isla Mujeres, the main ways to get around are by golf cart, bicycle, taxi or walking.
We recommend renting a golf cart, since they are easy to drive and get around, or order a taxi for your transfers.

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
