Positive: Quiet location minute walk from the beach, nice looking room

Negative: The room was not as spotless as the standard we became accustomed to while hiking the via Francigena trail. The mattress had a plastic cover under the sheet which was not too pleasant and gave the bed a hospital feel.

Summary: The staff was extremely friendly and a lovely breakfast was served every day.
