Summary: House is clean. This property is not maintained. A lot of broken things. The tub in the primary bath doesn't drain correctly, shower leaks. Picture above fireplace on the floor. Dryer doesn't dry well. All games in gameroom broken. Bathtub upstairs doesn't drain well. Trash in front yard and tree in front needs to be trimmed, it scraped the top of my truck. Grass needs to be cut. Outside trash can overflowing with garbage.
