The living room is quite large and has two couches, a chair, desk with chair, tables, a 65" smart TV with Roku and Samsung TV and extra blankets for couch cuddling. There are two dining areas - one table with 4 chairs in the breakfast area, and a formal dining room table that sits 8. All of the furniture is brand new! The covered patio has a table and seating for 4 and the large yard has a wooden privacy fence.
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. There is Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filter water dispenser and there is an extra refrigerator in the 2 car garage. Guests are welcome to use the garage.
There is a full laundry room with front loader washer and dryer. Detergent is provided.
