Positive: An old, beautiful, and impeccably maintained Victorian house, spacious, bright, beutiful sunlight and wonderful in terms of the comfort it provides, the atmosphere, and the views from the windows. It has a stunning garden, furniture, piano, guitar, decorative items, and books—a true paradise. The host Lara was very responsive and courteous, addressing our requests and needs that arose during our 10-day stay."

Negative: A few ants here and there. The street itself is pleasant, though it appears to be going through some transition, with several houses for sale and a changing population. We felt slightly less comfortable walking around late in the evening, but this is purely about the wider area. The house itself, the hosts, and the management of the stay were excellent, and the property offers truly outstanding value for money compared with homes in more affluent neighbourhoods.
