Positive: The apartment itself was very clean and furniture and bed linen good quality etc. The apartment is very spacious and getting there and in instructions very clear. Parking on site is good. The grounds of the apartment block are nice. The communal gym is very well equipped and extremely clean also with good extra amenities. The pool and spa is clean and in good condition.
Negative: Unfortunately, we landed the day the Palisades fire which meant that the WiFi and television (news channels) were mainly out during our stay. We didn't say anything as we thought the whole building was out. Night 2 - the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning. We knocked on our neighbor's door but she said it was a false alarm and that she hadn't had her Wifi or TV go down. Light bulbs need to be checked as there are quite a few out that need replacing. Water in bath (from shower) drains away very slowly so may need some maintenance done.
