Positive: Nice that you supplied toiletries, paper towels, napkins, plates & other kitchen supplies. Very clean rooms and nice bedding. Great main floor bathroom!
Negative: Coffee maker only allowed for 1 serving. A couple of the stairs leading down to the pier were loose & could result in injury from fall. Outside landscaping in need of improvements. Table and chairs on lower patio were old and dirty.
Summary: Overall, a great stay & wonderful house! Would rent again.
