Travel Purpose: business

Positive: A beautiful home perfect for a large group of women with lots of beds and bathrooms. The front porch was very popular with its view of the ocean, and it was nice to sit outside even when it was raining. The proximity to the beach was nice, and would have been even nicer if the weather had been better. The large table for 12 was great.

Negative: The kitchen was a little small - the appliances were adequate, but it couldn't hold more than a couple people at any one time. That was difficult for a party of 18 with multiple people always trying to get something to eat or drink. The property wasn't actually very close to Myrtle Beach and was very expensive. And heating the pool was extremely expensive, especially since it rained the whole time we were there and we never used it.

Summary: Beautiful home and we had a good time despite the weather.
