Sea front (just cross the road), surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the Gulf of Arzachena a few km from Palau (ferry departure to explore the Maddalena and Caprera), a few km from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. The area is quiet, well served as transport, shops and services and is the only one on the Costa Smeralda with a new fantastic seafront cycle path!

Summary: Great little place, with sea view. We stayed here end of October. Downstairs double bed is comfortably firm, a large bed and a quiet room. Mezzanine room upstairs is separated from living area below by a curtain. One mattress upstairs, was less comfortable, but luckily we only needed to use one of them. Plenty of blankets to us as it was cold at night. Kitchen is well equipped, we found not having an oven was ok as we ate out a lot. Location is ideal, 20 minutes walk along the seafront, to main area with restaurants. Recommend this super place.
