Positive: Nice location. Decent parking. Very spacious. We were told that a crib would be provided for free. Had to call and ask about it when we arrived. A lady showed up over an hour later with a brand new pak and play. Not a crib! We declined and used our own. My Granson is not yet walking but crawls everywhere. At first, we thought the floors were dirty. But the longer we stayed, the more we realized it must be the sealer from the new floor. He was completely black on his hands and knees every time we put him down. We found a horrible mop that needed a new mop head, so we were unable to even clean the floors ourselves. Hopefully, that will eventually go away with continuous cleaning. We would stay again.
