Positive: The rooms are clean, pretty quiet, there is a nice yard with grass, and you have a terrace for each room. They are also quite well insulated so it's not that hot without AC.
Negative: No mosquito nets, AC was stuck at 28° (still cools, but slower) and polystyrene towels.
