Summary: Stayed for Coachella. Hotel was very accommodating. Ac worked well. Shower was hot. Owners are very polite and nice people. They allowed us an early check in and slightly late check out without any concerns. They even washed a blanket for us that we had used at the concert. Overall it worked great for what we came there for
