Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I liked the redwoods all around and how spacious it was. It is close to great wine tasting and restaurants.

Negative: There were no drapes on most of the windows so you HAVE to get up at dawn. Also there was no microwave. The drive up the mountain to the house was scary and difficult in our rental car. Also, the code they gave us to open the door didn’t work. There was no cell service at the property so we couldn’t call for help. Luckily, one of the doors was left unlocked, so we were able to get in, use the WiFi to call Vacasa, and they were able to give us a code to access the manual key lock box. The whole event was traumatic. Since I rented the property for my friends I was embarrassed. All in all an okay experience, but it could have been better considering how beautiful the property is and how much I paid.
