Positive: Rosedale Abbey is a beautiful village and this cottage is well suited to its surroundings, we have used this as base to travel to the coast most days, you can take a fabulous drive over the Moors to Whitby in around 30 minutes or enjoy the peace and quiet of Rosedale. The cottage itself is a lot bigger than we first thought, offering plenty of space for our family of 5 and would easily take a 6th. Its clean and everything seems to have been thought of when it comes to eating in. Beds are super comfortable and the darkness and silence of Rosedale will give you a great night's sleep. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.
