Summary: Hotel is very run down. Exterior doors do not latch. Hallways on both floors smell like Marijuana and cigarette smoke the entire 2 day stay. No elevator. The hotel seems to be used as a residence or temporary housing for people experiencing difficulties in life. The only reason I didn't switch hotels was the inside of the room was acceptable and the mattresses were quite comfortable.
