Positive: The house itself is spacious and comfortable. The view truly is gorgeous. One of the best hot tubs we’ve been in, in a rental. The beds were comfortable which is a major plus. Loved the quiet neighborhood.

Negative: Main floor bathroom, door doesn’t lock and barely closes all the way. As well as main floor bedroom. We stayed for two weeks and in those two weeks trash was never collected. So anything that wouldn’t fit in the outside bins we had to take off and pay for. Customer service (after hours, Sharon) was extremely rude. We realized around 6pm one night we had no water. When we called, Sharon said she’d call maintenance, I said thank you, and she just hung up. After several minutes I received a call back from Sharon. Stating maintenance couldn’t attend to it. As it wasn’t a maintenance type of issue. It would be the next day before we had water. Her tone and demeanor both sounded as she was agitated and annoyed with the entire call. She told us to scoop water out of the hot tub and use it for the toilets… a little barbaric in my opinion. That was it. No I’m sorry nothing. We of course didn’t do that. We went to town and bought water to drink and use for the 15 hrs we were out of it. Thankfully it was later in the afternoon, still very unprofessional to not even receive an I’m sorry considering the price point.
