Relax listening to the sea as you fall asleep in our open plan 3 bedroom sunny holiday Bach.
Lovely sea views and a short 3 minute stroll onto our surf beach with the harbour on the other side, and Bowentown a short drive to Anzac bay which is great for young children.
Our house has 2 bedrooms upstairs & one downstairs , internal garage also has a king single bed and single trundler bed.
Spacious deck to enjoy your evening wine and barbecue, fully fenced with car port, one bathroom has bath and shower with separate toilet are downstairs,
Outside shower by veggie garden
Plenty of parking, can also fit medium sized boat on property
Yellow dairy only 5 minute walk, fish & chips along side
Waihi beach has a great farmers market every Saturday 8am-12pm, great cafes and fantastic walking, cycling tracks all very handy, hot springs a short car ride to Athenree, if you want city Tauranga is an hour’s drive.
Please bring your own towels, sheets & pillow cases, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 king singles, 1 single
Towels & sheeting is available on request $150 for all beds or $35 per bed
$100 cleaning fee applies
Child safety gate for stairs is available on request, also a porta cot, deck has a gate that can be closed to keep children safe.
