Summary: Overall I was disappointed considering the cost per night. I was surprised at the strong, pungent smell of damp in the room throughout our 3-nite stay. We had no option but to keep the balcony doors open to clear the smell during the day. There was a distinct lack of things which make a stay comfortable: a rug on the floor, cushion pads on chairs. This felt like a no-frills, paired-back room. I had to use towels to soften the hard wooden chairs on the balcony. I noticed lots of dust under the bed along with some packaging left behind by a previous guest - not exactly clean. The TV kept buffering, which was a bit annoying. Finally, my pet hate in hotels: bright white light bulbs. It felt like I was in a hospital about to be operated on. Seriously, how about some softer lighting so at least I can relax while I watch your tv buffering and choke on the mouldy smell?
