This pleasant bungalow near downtown Berkeley is located on a quiet street and can accommodate up to four guests if two of them use the queen size fold out sofa in the room off the kitchen.
The remodeled kitchen is a nice place to enjoy meals and linger over coffee or a glass of wine. The claw foot bath tub has been replaced with a walk in shower that includes hand rails. On a warm day you can have lunch at the picnic table in the garden.
Since this is my primary residence, I only rent it when I travel.

Summary: A very lovely home in perfect condition and close to downtown Berkeley. A coffee shop was only 2 or 3 blocks away and a wonderful Indian restaurant.The street was lovely.Easy walking distance to downtown Berkeley with its many shops and restaurants. Restaurants were first rate.We could walk to the downtown BART station although as we are older it was a little challenging. We did walk there 3 or 4 times.Great spot
