2 Bedroom Condo with Bedding, Spa and Hot Tub

This condo is on the 4th floor so the sound of the waves against the beach are easily heard and provide a relaxed atmosphere.
Tower 1 is the newest of the 3 Peninsula Towers and has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. This 2+ bedroom unit has a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and (2) double beds in the guest room. The den sofa sleeper opens into a very comfortable double bed. The master bath has a Jacuzzi. There are (3) TV's with cable, (2) DVD players and a CD stereo with I-Pod ability.
The kitchen is nicely equipped, dining room seats 6, there are 3 bathrooms and a full size washer/dryer in the unit. There are (2) balconies. The front balcony has panoramic views of the Banderas Bay and swimming pool while the rear balcony has a magnificent view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. You can see fireworks on the Bay nightly.
Next door, at the Peninsula Plaza, there is a Starbucks and several restaurants. The plaza also houses several banks.

Summary: We loved our stay here! The condo was super clean and the host Bill was super responsive to questions. Great location with great views and beach access. We felt very safe. Security was on point. We are a family of 5, 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. We used the extra futonlike couch for a 3rd bedroom. And the 3 full bathrooms/showers were awesome. All the bedrooms (including futon couch room) have ceiling fans, which is important to us. The pool is shallower than we would like, but my boys still had a blast. The pool area and beach was never crowded (we were there at the end of May).We Ubered everywhere, and that worked out great. There is a grocery store about a 7-10 minute walk away. We walked there and ubered back due to the amount we bought the 1st time. The next couple of runs we walked both ways. Cafetop is in the shopping center right outside the gate and we walked there (like 5 minutes) and had amazing shrimp tacos our first evening. Ubers and taxis are close everywhere. I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes for one. There were fireworks on the beach 3 nights while we were there, too. We did have to wear those darn tourist bracelets and show them to security to get back in every day. But, all in all, fantastic experience and great place to stay.
