Summary: We booked a 2 bedroom suite MONTHS in advance and when we arrived they only had a 1 bedroom suite available for us. What's the point of booking a room in advance if they don't actually reserve it for you? There were no soaps, no shampoos, and no extra pillows or sheets for the fold out couch. The coffee maker was clean but there were no filters (we brought our own coffee). There are two TV's and only one remote, the TV cord was coming out of a hole in the wall plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into an outlet and the smoke detector in the entry room was ripped off of the roof leaving exposed wires and put in a drawer. The positives were that the a/c and heat worked very well, there were no strange smells, shower was hot (we brought our own scent-free shampoo and soap), and the 1 bed we did get was comfortable. If you're just looking for a place to sleep it wasn't all bad (if we both had beds) but anything more than that I'd look elsewhere.
