Positive: The property is excellent--very spacious, clean, lots of amenities, great location, beds were comfortable, large table for dining. I would definitely stay here again now that I know better how to navigate the check-in experience.

Negative: Our experience during our stay at the property was fantastic, but the check-in process was one of the worst ones I've experienced. The property's management company didn't send us the correct documents to begin the check in procedure until after we had arrived, and it took 2 hours of phones calls and texts to finally receive the code for the lock box. We almost checked into a hotel, as it was evening. However, the agents we dealt with on the phone (3 different ones) were all very polite and professional. Be sure to contact them well before your stay to make sure you have all the correct documents signed ahead of time. We thought we had but were mistaken.

Summary: We would recommend this property despite the difficult check-in experience we had.
