Come "Walk the Plank" in the back yard, take a dip in the In-Ground, Heated, Soaking Tub. Splash away in the Private Above Ground Pool, play Ping Pong, Darts, various Board Games, Vintage Video Games on the Extra Large Smart TV, and play the Basketball Hoops Challenge in the Game Room, and/or explore the lot to find many nautical and interesting objects everywhere! While not admiring the beauty of this AMAZING HOME, tour the neighborhood on the **Pirate Themed Golf Cart down to the Community Beach Access for a day at the beach! (Golf cart is not included in the price of the home and requires a separate fee be paid).
The Captains Quarters contains a King Size Bed, 50" Large Screen Smart TV, a Futon, and a full bathroom with an all-tile shower and Beautiful Custom Cabinetry and Countertops. Stateroom #2 (guest bedroom) is ready for the kids to jump in the 2 Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds with a bonus Twin Trundle bed all for the little "Buccaneers"!! The Guest Bathroom is shared in the hall with all Beautiful Custom Cabinetry and Countertops. The Fully Equipped Galley (kitchen) is gorgeously decorated with Custom Cabinets and Countertops, a to-die-for Deep Copper Sink, and is ready for you to whip up the Grub for the Crew!
