Welcome to Philo Pharms, the perfect peaceful country retreat, where you’ll arrive to a lovingly decorated home with quality finishes, open concept living, and over a half of an acre of well manicured landscaping.
This 2500+ square foot main home boasts high ceilings, and beautiful hardwood floors, and features a central living, dining and kitchen space with plenty of area for cooking, gathering and relaxation.

There are 3 king sized bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main home. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house is an added bonus with completely private quarters, full kitchen, king size bed, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
In the open and spacious kitchen, you will find beautiful black walnut custom cabinets, an oversized eat-in island along with plenty of counter space to cook, eat and socialize. With high-end appliances, the fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream!
Watch your favorite movies, sports or TV shows on the large smart TVs in the expansive living area or in each of the bedrooms. Assemble a fun puzzle, or play one of the many board games with family and friends.
The oversized private backyard presents a vast space to sprawl out or entertain. Play a game of corn hole or take a soak in the jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a meal on the terrace at the large outdoor dining table, or retreat to the fire pit while enjoying the view of the Blue Mountains. There’s an abundance of space to lounge on the covered back patio, equipped with ceiling fans to extend your enjoyment through the Summer months.
While Philo Pharms is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood on over half of an acre, Walla Walla’s downtown Main Street and South side wineries are an easy and short drive away.
Whether you stay in, or go out, we want to welcome you to Philo Pharms, named as an homage to our family’s first home on a 2 acre farm in California. This home has brought us much comfort and joy, which we wish to impart to our many visiting guests!
