Positive: House over all was lovely and homely,Cosy and clean. Bed linen and towels were lovely ,clean and crisp. Garden was ok , could do with a spruce up! We had really bad issues with the heating and hot water , the heating came on at specific times and it was all to cock - it would come on late at night and mid day - hot water was non existent, it was a combi boiler and it was hit and miss if we got any - the red light was on the boiler when we got there indicating there was no gas and we had to ask workmen if they could come and help us and we had to change and swap the gas cylinders - no spanner where it said it would be ! The microwave occasionally sparked when in use. Something needs to be done about the bin situation and recycling , the recycling boxes are far to small,it was full on the second day but to be fair that's up to the council not the owners !!
