Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The property was exactly as expected. I only rated comfort lower than exceptional, because comfort was not a prime feature of this room as the space WAS extremely tight and both beds are pull out situations. This was 100% as described and to be expected. I simply would not rate these options as high comfort to anyone seeking "comfort" in an Air BNB/ Bookin.com space. Those booking should recognize that it is a tight fit and should be viewed exclusively as a place to lay your head at night. LOCATION is everything with this space. VERY walkable to Eiffel, the train station AND a truly charming cafe. We felt VERY safe walking to an from this rental, despite it being a more urban/city environment.

Negative: Unlike any other AirBNB or Booking.com space I have ever stayed, we had to rely on a meet up to access the property. This can be tricky with unpredictable airlines. Had our flight been delayed and we arrived late in the night, we would have literally been sleeping on the streets. I would recommend that the property figure out a lock box situation for guests to access the building and room without relying on a person to meet them.
