We are also just 20 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Science Center where you can meet 'The Dolphins and Mammals'. Come see where our movie 'Dolphin Tale' was filmed.
This lovely complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks, a notable feature for peace and tranquility. This second-floor condominium comes with an assigned parking space near your front door with guest parking in the rear. The condo's rear Patio overlooks the pool area, private boat dock, and your own private 19-foot pontoon boat for your use. There is a community pool and a jacuzzi for your pleasure. You will also find an air-conditioned coin laundry center with washers & dryers for your use at the pool area. Do all your laundry at one time and take a relaxing dip in the pool while you wait.
